Growing another human is a wonderful experience but it can be laced with uncertainty about what movements are safe and appropriate for pregnancy.

My prenatal fitness programmes are designed to empower you with knowledge about how your body is changing and help prepare you for the physical demands of pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

We’ll take the guesswork out of it and arm you with all the tools you need to move confidently through the next 9 months.

Hormones, postural changes, and fatigue can make it challenging to know where to start when it comes to re-introducing an exercise program or starting to address issues, such as weakened core, pelvic floor, back, neck, and shoulder discomfort.
