– That I could transport from place to place in a blink. Really do not love Bangkok traffic.
3. What’s your favorite healthy snack to fuel your workouts?
– Coconut yogurt with mango or passion fruit 🥥🥭
4. Share one fitness tip that you swear by for pregnant or postpartum moms.
– Do not hold your breath!
5. Which exercise move do you find the most satisfying to do or teach?
– Bulgarian split squat.
6. If you could train with any celebrity, who would it be and why?
– Selena Gomez because she is an amazing woman!
7. What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind after a challenging training session?
– Make myself a matcha ice latte and just chill on my couch. Or if I have more time it’s a massage/ spa session for sure.
8. What’s the most rewarding part of being a pregnancy and postpartum specialist personal trainer?
– We help moms get their confidence and strength back to be able to play/ live with family happier and pain-free.
9. What’s one piece of advice you would give to new moms starting their fitness journey?
– You are already doing amazing to have an idea to start! Start slow, listen to your body, and make sure the coach you choose to work with is qualified in this field and put your goal a priority.
10. Share a fun fact about yourself that most people don’t know.
– When I was 21 The first time I went for my driving test in Rayong I ended up having to use the manual car for the test after practicing with an automatic for weeks. i was so nervous that I parallel parked by driving the left side up on the path walk (both wheels on the left were literally elevated) then came back down and then still pass the test! Gotta love Thailand sometimes for their sabai sabai motto 😂

-Love on Top-Beyonce
2. If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?
-Singing because it would be wonderful to produce all kinds of sounds/instruments for purposes from healing, entertaining, and even destroying!
3. What’s your favorite healthy snack to fuel your workouts?
-Smoothie Bowl
4. Share one fitness tip that you’ve discovered while working with Move Well with Anna that you swear by.
-Do it for a stronger mind, body, and soul.
5. Which exercise move do you find the most satisfying to do?
-Weight training
6. If you could help organize a session with any celebrity, who would it be and why?
-Sir Richard Branson because I would like to hear about his business view and to be around a fun person. The success of the Virgin group and its diverse sectors have always amazed me as well as his sense of humor (I love when he wore an Airasia uniform on a charity flight)
7. What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind after a challenging day?
-Oil massage
8. What’s the most rewarding part of being part of the Move Well with Anna team?
-Learning about health and wellness.
9. What’s one piece of advice you would give to new moms starting their fitness journey?
-Just turn up to the class even if your mind is somewhere else.

-Fighting over dolls with my niece.
