It’s the beginning of January, which means everyone in fitness is out pushing their “new year, new you” campaign. But when you’ve just become a mother, you already have a new you on your hands — and a freshly minted human being on top of it!
We understand so well that regaining your strength and stability in the postpartum period is completely different from any other time in your life. Your body has done something absolutely beautiful. But it has also accomplished something quite challenging, during a period when the needs of a newborn make it hard to focus on yourself.
It takes the right kind of support, training, education, and nutrition to feel your best again. So, starting January 18th, we’d love to help you do just that.
At the New Moves gym in the Maneeya Building (BTS Chitlom, exit 2), we will be learning all about self-care and fitness during the incredible months after giving birth at our Postpartum Fitness & Education Programme.
It’s a carefully created, evidence-based 10-week course designed specifically for moms. We meet once a week on Thursdays, and we always have so much fun!
